In the The Fred and Elinor Wrobel CollectionA Curated Salon auction, the work Untitled (Summer Idyl) sold for AUD 3,444.00 (€ 2,064.22) - well above the upper estimate of AUD 1,200.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Portia Stranston Geach achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work View of Sydney Harbour Bridge in August this year with an auction result of AUD 54,120.00 (€ 32,295.24).

In der Auktion The Fred and Elinor Wrobel CollectionA Curated Salon wurde die Arbeit Untitled (Summer Idyl) für AUD 3.444,00 (€ 2.064,22) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von AUD 1.200,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Portia Stranston Geach erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit View of Sydney Harbour Bridge im August diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von AUD 54.120,00 (€ 32.295,24).
