Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Piotr Kowalski could be acquired at Sothebys in London in November 2018 for an unexpectedly low price. In the 20th Century Art – A Different Perspective auction, the work French suzanne # 3 changed hands for GBP 3,750.00 (€ 4,229.89) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Other works by Piotr Kowalski have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in December 2009 by the work Manipulateur 5, 1970 at EUR 5,738.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Piotr Kowalski konnte im November 2018 bei Sothebys in London für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion 20th Century Art – A Different Perspective wechselte die Arbeit French suzanne # 3 für GBP 3.750,00 (€ 4.229,89) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 4.000,00 – 6.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Piotr Kowalski wurden auch schon teurer gehandelt; den höchsten Preis, den wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachten konnten, erzielte im Dezember 2009 die Arbeit Manipulateur 5, 1970 mit EUR 5.738,00.
