The work La Famiglia Nella Stalla by Pietro Pajetta was sold in the 19th Century Paintings and Sculpture auction at Sothebys in Milan in June 2007. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 44,400.00 27% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Pietro Pajetta - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Sorriso Di Sole, which sold at auction in December 2007 for EUR 105,850.00.

Die Arbeit La Famiglia Nella Stalla von Pietro Pajetta wurde im Juni 2007 in der Auktion 19th Century Paintings and Sculpture bei Sothebys in Mailand versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 44.400,00 und damit 27% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Pietro Pajetta mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Sorriso Di Sole beobachtet, die im Dezember 2007 für EUR 105.850,00 versteigert wurde.
