In June 2021 Il Ponte held the auction 19th and 20th century Paintings and Sculptures, which included the work Ritratto di ragazza by Pietro Gaudenzi. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 3,000.00 50% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Pietro Gaudenzi - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Maternità, 1915, which sold at auction in June 2006 for EUR 11,780.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 50 % übertroffen
Im Juni 2021 führte Il Ponte die Auktion 19th and 20th century Paintings and Sculptures durch, in der auch die Arbeit Ritratto di ragazza von Pietro Gaudenzi zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 3.000,00 und damit 50% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Pietro Gaudenzi mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Maternità, 1915 beobachtet, die im Juni 2006 für EUR 11.780,00 versteigert wurde.
