A top price for Pieter Van Loon - as previously expected
The work Portrait of Jacob Koorn, on the island Wieringen by Pieter Van Loon was auctioned at Christies in Amsterdam in June 2002. The price achieved of EUR 836.50 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 700.00 – 900.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Portrait of Jacob Koorn, on the island Wieringen is the most expensive artwork by Pieter Van Loon that we have observed at auctions so far.

Die Arbeit Portrait of Jacob Koorn, on the island Wieringen von Pieter Van Loon kam im Juni 2002 bei Christies in Amsterdam zur Auktion.
