In October 2020 Christies in New York held the auction The Martin Feldstein Collection: Dutch Art in the Golden Age, which included the work A rocky landscape with rustic buildings by Pieter Dircksz. Santvoort. It changed hands for a price of USD 18,750.00 (€ 16,098.57) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 15,000.00 – 20,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, A rocky landscape with rustic buildings is the most expensive artwork by Pieter Dircksz. Santvoort that we have observed at auctions so far.

Im Oktober 2020 führte Christies in New York die Auktion The Martin Feldstein Collection: Dutch Art in the Golden Age durch, in der auch die Arbeit A rocky landscape with rustic buildings von Pieter Dircksz. Santvoort zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von USD 18.750,00 (€ 16.098,57) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 15.000,00 – 20.000,00.
