The price achieved of GBP 18,500.00 (€ 23,584.89) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 15,000.00 – 20,000.00. Admittedly, works by Pieter Andreas Rysbrack have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Prospect Of Tottenham Park, Wiltshire in July 2012 with an auction result of GBP 111,650.00 (€ 142,212.09).
