Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2003 Christies in London held the auction AT HOME-BRITISH AND CONTINENTAL PICTURES AND WORKS ON PAPER, which included the work A Parisian boulevard by Pierre Jacques Pelletier. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 1,000.00 – 1,500.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 1,116.25 (€ 1,604.11) could thus just exceed the lower estimate.
