In July 2010 Christies in London held the auction Christie's Interiors, which included the work Young girl with a yellow parasol by Pierre Grisot. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 1,375.00 (€ 1,653.28), 72% above the upper estimate. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Pierre Grisot; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Collelle in a yellow scarf sold at auction in July 2006 with the realized price of GBP 1,800.00 (€ 2,634.99).

Im Juli 2010 führte Christies in London die Auktion Christie's Interiors durch, in der auch die Arbeit Young girl with a yellow parasol von Pierre Grisot zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 1.375,00 (€ 1.653,28) und damit 72% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Pierre Grisot; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Collelle in a yellow scarf im Juli 2006 mit dem Hammerpreis von GBP 1.800,00 (€ 2.634,99).
