Auction result well in line with expectations
In April 2017 Artcurial held the auction Post-War & Contemporary Art, which included the work Composition - 1960 by Pierre Dmitrienko. The price achieved of EUR 910.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 800.00 – 1,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Pierre Dmitrienko achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Montagnes Rouges Du Sud De L'Espagne, 1959 in October 2007 with an auction result of EUR 117,724.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im April 2017 führte Artcurial die Auktion Post-War & Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Composition - 1960 von Pierre Dmitrienko zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 910,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 800,00 – 1.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Pierre Dmitrienko erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Montagnes Rouges Du Sud De L'Espagne, 1959 im Oktober 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 117.724,00.
