Auction result well in line with expectations
In October 2008 Artcurial in Paris held the auction Contemporary Art 2, which included the work Fenetre, 1989 by Pierre Buraglio. The price achieved of EUR 4,080.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 3,500.00 – 4,500.00. Admittedly, works by Pierre Buraglio have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Hommage A Cesar Franck - 1994 in July 2020 with an auction result of EUR 26,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober 2008 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Contemporary Art 2 durch, in der auch die Arbeit Fenetre, 1989 von Pierre Buraglio zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 4.080,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 3.500,00 – 4.500,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Pierre Buraglio auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Hommage A Cesar Franck - 1994 im Juli 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 26.000,00.
