Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In February 2023 Artcurial in Paris held the auction Comic Strips, which included the work Nosferatu VIII by Philippe Druillet. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 10,000 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 10,234. Admittedly, works by Philippe Druillet have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work in November 2016 with an auction result of EUR 43,750.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Februar 2023 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Comic Strips durch, in der auch die Arbeit Nosferatu VIII von Philippe Druillet zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 10.000 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 10.234 einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Philippe Druillet auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit im November 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 43.750.
