Auction result well in line with expectations
In December 2017 Sothebys in Paris held the auction Collection Alain & Candice Fraiberger, which included the work Night by Philippe Decrauzat. The price achieved of EUR 6,000.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Admittedly, works by Philippe Decrauzat have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Untitled #3Acrylic On Canvas. Executed In 2008. in June 2013 with an auction result of EUR 54,300.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Dezember 2017 führte Sothebys in Paris die Auktion Collection Alain & Candice Fraiberger durch, in der auch die Arbeit Night von Philippe Decrauzat zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 6.000,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 5.000,00 – 7.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Philippe Decrauzat auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Untitled #3Acrylic On Canvas. Executed In 2008. im Juni 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 54.300,00.
