A top price for Petrus Johannes van Reysschoot - as previously expected
In April 2008 Sothebys in London held the auction Old Master Paintings Sale, which included the work An Elegant Party Taking Coffee On A Terrace, A Formal Garden Beyond by Petrus Johannes van Reysschoot. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 20,000.00 – 30,000.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 20,900.00 (€ 26,644.55) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Even if this result could not surprise positively, An Elegant Party Taking Coffee On A Terrace, A Formal Garden Beyond is the most expensive artwork by Petrus Johannes van Reysschoot that we have observed at auctions so far.

Im April 2008 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Old Master Paintings Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit An Elegant Party Taking Coffee On A Terrace, A Formal Garden Beyond von Petrus Johannes van Reysschoot zur Versteigerung kam.
