Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2007 Christies in London held the auction Russian Icons and Pictures Including works by Non-Conformist Artists, which included the work A male nude from the side; and A male nude from the back by Petr Krokhonyatkin. The price achieved of GBP 625.00 (€ 875.16) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 500.00 – 700.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Petr Krokhonyatkin achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Hockey in June 2015 with an auction result of GBP 27,500.00 (€ 38,774.65).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November 2007 führte Christies in London die Auktion Russian Icons and Pictures Including works by Non-Conformist Artists durch, in der auch die Arbeit A male nude from the side; and A male nude from the back von Petr Krokhonyatkin zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 625,00 (€ 875,16) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 500,00 – 700,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Petr Krokhonyatkin erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Hockey im Juni 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 27.500,00 (€ 38.774,65).
