Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2007 Sothebys in London held the auction Russian Art and Paintings, which included the work The Mystical Night by Peter Alexandrovitch Nilouss. The price achieved of GBP 29,300.00 (€ 41,027.58) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 25,000.00 – 35,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Peter Alexandrovitch Nilouss - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Three Women In The Park, which sold at auction in June 2008 for GBP 67,250.00 (€ 85,006.25).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November 2007 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Russian Art and Paintings durch, in der auch die Arbeit The Mystical Night von Peter Alexandrovitch Nilouss zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 29.300,00 (€ 41.027,58) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 25.000,00 – 35.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Peter Alexandrovitch Nilouss mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Three Women In The Park beobachtet, die im Juni 2008 für GBP 67.250,00 (€ 85.006,25) versteigert wurde.
