This work without title by Peter Dean was auctioned at Sothebys in New York in December 2018. It achieved a price of USD 875.00 (€ 763.79), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 25%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Peter Dean - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Lady And The Centaur, 1968, which sold at auction in July 2018 for USD 2,375.00 (€ 2,028.87).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 875,00 (€ 763,79) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 25%. Für andere Arbeiten von Peter Dean mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Lady And The Centaur, 1968 beobachtet, die im Juli 2018 für USD 2.375,00 (€ 2.028,87) versteigert wurde.
