Auction result well in line with expectations

However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Pericles Tsirigotis - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Greek The Shoemakers, which sold at auction in November 2007 for GBP 10,000.00 (€ 14,002.59).
