A top price for Pellegrino di Mariano Rossini - as previously expected
In July 2017 Christies in London held the auction Old Masters Evening Sale, which included the work The Story of Mars and Venus: a cassone panel by Pellegrino di Mariano Rossini. The price achieved of GBP 81,250.00 (€ 90,662.52) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 60,000.00 – 100,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, The Story of Mars and Venus: a cassone panel is the most expensive artwork by Pellegrino di Mariano Rossini that we have observed at auctions so far.

Im Juli 2017 führte Christies in London die Auktion Old Masters Evening Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit The Story of Mars and Venus: a cassone panel von Pellegrino di Mariano Rossini zur Versteigerung kam.
