This work without title by Pedro Friedeberg was sold in the Latin American Art Online auction at Christies in New York in May 2018. It achieved a price of USD 8,750.00 (€ 7,497.86), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 25%. Admittedly, works by Pedro Friedeberg have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Vision y presagio del profeta Habakkuk in May last year with an auction result of USD 69,300.00 (€ 64,579.26).

Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Pedro Friedeberg wurde im Mai 2018 in der Auktion Latin American Art Online bei Christies in New York versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 8.750,00 (€ 7.497,86) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 25%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Pedro Friedeberg auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Vision y presagio del profeta Habakkuk im Mai letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 69.300,00 (€ 64.579,26).
