Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2017 Christies in New York held the auction Latin American Art Online, which included the work Madrugada/Penetración by Pedro Friedeberg. The price achieved of USD 4,000.00 (€ 3,361.91) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Pedro Friedeberg achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Vision y presagio del profeta Habakkuk in May last year with an auction result of USD 69,300.00 (€ 64,579.26).
