Auction result well in line with expectations
In April 2006 Christies in Paris held the auction Intérieurs, which included the work Intérieur Et Figures by Pedro Cano. The price achieved of EUR 240.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 200.00 – 300.00. Admittedly, works by Pedro Cano have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Still Life with Bottles and Crates in May this year with an auction result of USD 1,275.00 (€ 1,196.73).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im April 2006 führte Christies in Paris die Auktion Intérieurs durch, in der auch die Arbeit Intérieur Et Figures von Pedro Cano zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 240,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 200,00 – 300,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Pedro Cano auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Still Life with Bottles and Crates im Mai diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 1.275,00 (€ 1.196,73).
