Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2007 Christies in Amsterdam held the auction The Sculpture Sale, which included the work Sitting man by Pearl Perlmuter. It changed hands for a price of EUR 1,875.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 1,500.00 – 2,000.00. Other works by Pearl Perlmuter have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in December 2001 the work without title was auctioned for EUR 2,937.50.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November 2007 führte Christies in Amsterdam die Auktion The Sculpture Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Sitting man von Pearl Perlmuter zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 1.875,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 1.500,00 – 2.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Pearl Perlmuter konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Dezember 2001 die Arbeit ohne Titel für EUR 2.937,50 versteigert.
