Auction result well in line with expectations
The work "Hollywood Girl". by Pawel Ksiazek was auctioned at VAN HAM in Cologne in June 2020. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 650.00 – 800.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 671.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Admittedly, works by Pawel Ksiazek have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Silent Utopia 13 (Metroplis/Czech Pavilion, Jaromir Krejcar, 1937) in October 2014 with an auction result of EUR 4,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit "Hollywood Girl". von Pawel Ksiazek kam im Juni 2020 bei VAN HAM in Köln zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 650,00 – 800,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 671,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Pawel Ksiazek auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Silent Utopia 13 (Metroplis/Czech Pavilion, Jaromir Krejcar, 1937) im Oktober 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 4.000,00.
