The work “Untitled”, 2005 by Paul Smulders was sold in the Modern art and design auction at Bruun Rasmussen in October this year. Here, the estimate of DKK 5,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for DKK 5,500.00 (€ 736.94). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Paul Smulders - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work “Untitled”, 2004, which sold at auction in October this year for DKK 17,000.00 (€ 2,277.82).
Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit “Untitled”, 2005 von Paul Smulders wurde im Oktober diesen Jahres in der Auktion Modern art and design bei Bruun Rasmussen versteigert. Dabei wurde der Schätzpreis von DKK 5.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für DKK 5.500,00 (€ 736,94) einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Paul Smulders mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit “Untitled”, 2004 beobachtet, die im Oktober diesen Jahres für DKK 17.000,00 (€ 2.277,82) versteigert wurde.
