It achieved a price of GBP 1,530.00 (€ 1,782.45), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 53%. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Paul Rafferty; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Life Guard - Cannes sold at auction in September 2020 with the realized price of GBP 2,000.00 (€ 2,205.33).
