Auction result well in line with expectations
In April 2014 Bukowski in Helsinki held the auction Modern + Contemporary F170, which included the work Composition. by Paul Osipow. It changed hands for a price of EUR 2,800.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Paul Osipow - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work without title, which sold at auction in May last year for SEK 80,000.00 (€ 7,633.96).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im April 2014 führte Bukowski in Helsinki die Auktion Modern + Contemporary F170 durch, in der auch die Arbeit Composition. von Paul Osipow zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 2.800,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 2.000,00 – 3.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Paul Osipow mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit ohne Titel beobachtet, die im Mai letzten Jahres für SEK 80.000,00 (€ 7.633,96) versteigert wurde.
