The auction ended at the price of GBP 40,000.00 (€ 54,318.08), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of GBP 30,000.00 – 40,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Paul Guigou - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Une Route En Provence, which sold at auction in July 2006 for EUR 126,000.00.

Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von GBP 40.000,00 (€ 54.318,08) entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 30.000,00 – 40.000,00.
