Auction result misses estimated price range
In November 2019 a collector was able to acquire the work Untitled No.3, 1999 (From The Series Paintings) by Paul Graham for EUR 1,250.00. This price was achieved in the auction Photographs Online at Sothebys in Paris and was even below the estimate range of EUR 2,000.00 – 3,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Paul Graham achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Man Exposing Torso, American Night #42 - in October 2017 with an auction result of EUR 19,500.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im November 2019 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Untitled No.3, 1999 (From The Series Paintings) von Paul Graham für EUR 1.250,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Photographs Online bei Sothebys in Paris erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 2.000,00 – 3.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Paul Graham erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Man Exposing Torso, American Night #42 - im Oktober 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 19.500,00.
