This artwork by Patrick Procktor achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in London in November 2019. In the Modern | British Art auction, the work Oscar Weiss sold for GBP 12,500.00 (€ 14,678.06) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 5,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Patrick Procktor - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Still Life With Flowers In A Jug, On A Table Top, which sold at auction in March 2021 for GBP 43,750.00 (€ 51,394.98).

Für andere Arbeiten von Patrick Procktor mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Still Life With Flowers In A Jug, On A Table Top beobachtet, die im März 2021 für GBP 43.750,00 (€ 51.394,98) versteigert wurde.
