It achieved a price of GBP 75,000.00 (€ 84,576.86), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 50%. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Pascale Marthine Tayou; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Chalks and pins U, 2012 sold at auction in May last year with the realized price of EUR 88,575.00.
