A top price for Partha Pratim Deb - as previously expected
This work without title by Partha Pratim Deb was auctioned at Sothebys in New York in July 2007. The price achieved of USD 9,600.00 (€ 7,001.68) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, this work without title is the most expensive artwork by Partha Pratim Deb that we have observed at auctions so far.
