This artwork by Paolo Cotani achieved an unexpectedly high price at Il Ponte in June 2017. In the Modern and Contemporary Art auction, the work Passaggi sold for EUR 7,000.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 4,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Paolo Cotani; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot K13a. sold at auction in December 2021 with the realized price of EUR 13,200.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 75 % übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Paolo Cotani erzielte im Juni 2017 bei Il Ponte einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art wurde die Arbeit Passaggi für EUR 7.000,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 4.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Paolo Cotani; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit K13a. im Dezember 2021 mit dem Hammerpreis von EUR 13.200,00.
