Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2010 Sothebys in Milan held the auction Important Old Master Paintings, which included the work Scena Di Battaglia Presso Un Ponte by Pandolfo Reschi. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 6,000.00 – 8,000.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 6,250.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Pandolfo Reschi - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work A cavalry skirmish with an extensive landscape mountainous landscape beyond, which sold at auction in December 2019 for GBP 17,562.00 (€ 20,756.23).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni 2010 führte Sothebys in Mailand die Auktion Important Old Master Paintings durch, in der auch die Arbeit Scena Di Battaglia Presso Un Ponte von Pandolfo Reschi zur Versteigerung kam. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 6.000,00 – 8.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 6.250,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Für andere Arbeiten von Pandolfo Reschi mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit A cavalry skirmish with an extensive landscape mountainous landscape beyond beobachtet, die im Dezember 2019 für GBP 17.562,00 (€ 20.756,23) versteigert wurde.
