Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Landscape after Dong Qichang by Pan Simu was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in June 2015. The price achieved of HKD 62,500.00 (€ 7,228.35) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 50,000.00 – 70,000.00. Admittedly, works by Pan Simu have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Four Seasons in June 2015 with an auction result of HKD 275,000.00 (€ 31,804.73).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Landscape after Dong Qichang von Pan Simu kam im Juni 2015 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 62.500,00 (€ 7.228,35) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 50.000,00 – 70.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Pan Simu auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Four Seasons im Juni 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 275.000,00 (€ 31.804,73).
