A top price for Pan Jiezi - as previously expected
The work Historical Figure by Pan Jiezi was auctioned at POLY in Hong Kong in October 2014. The price achieved of HKD 141,600.00 (€ 14,578.13) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 120,000.00 – 150,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Historical Figure is the most expensive artwork by Pan Jiezi that we have observed at auctions so far.

Die Arbeit Historical Figure von Pan Jiezi kam im Oktober 2014 bei POLY in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 141.600,00 (€ 14.578,13) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 120.000,00 – 150.000,00 angegeben worden. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Historical Figure das teuerste Kunstwerk von Pan Jiezi, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
