Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Bid Goodbye At Riverbank II by Pan Hsin-Hua was sold in the A Selection of Chen Wen Hsi Paintings and Modern and Contemporary Ink Art auction at POLY in Hong Kong in October 2016. The price achieved of HKD 47,200.00 (€ 5,554.46) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Pan Hsin-Hua - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Heaven And Earth, which sold at auction in October 2016 for HKD 162,500.00 (€ 19,122.88).

Die Arbeit Bid Goodbye At Riverbank II von Pan Hsin-Hua wurde im Oktober 2016 in der Auktion A Selection of Chen Wen Hsi Paintings and Modern and Contemporary Ink Art bei POLY in Hong Kong versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 47.200,00 (€ 5.554,46) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 40.000,00 – 60.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Pan Hsin-Hua mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Heaven And Earth beobachtet, die im Oktober 2016 für HKD 162.500,00 (€ 19.122,88) versteigert wurde.
