Auction result misses estimated price range
In October this year a collector was able to acquire the work Two compositions by Palle Nielsen for DKK 3,400.00 (€ 455.56). This price was achieved in the auction Modern art and design at Bruun Rasmussen and was even below the estimate range of DKK 5,000.00 – 6,000.00 set by the auction house. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Palle Nielsen - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work “Orfeus og Eurydike”, which sold at auction in January 2024 for DKK 1,050.00 (€ 917.67).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Oktober diesen Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Two compositions von Palle Nielsen für DKK 3.400,00 (€ 455,56) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Modern art and design bei Bruun Rasmussen erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von DKK 5.000,00 – 6.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Palle Nielsen mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit “Orfeus og Eurydike” beobachtet, die im Januar 2024 für DKK 1.050,00 (€ 917,67) versteigert wurde.
