Auction result misses estimated price range
In May 2008 a collector was able to acquire the work Untitled (9306) by Pablo Siquier for USD 9,375.00 (€ 6,025.06). This price was achieved in the auction Latin American Art at Sothebys in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 10,000.00 – 15,000.00 set by the auction house. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Pablo Siquier - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Sin título, which sold at auction in May 2012 for USD 23,750.00 (€ 19,208.99).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Mai 2008 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Untitled (9306) von Pablo Siquier für USD 9.375,00 (€ 6.025,06) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Latin American Art bei Sothebys in New York erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 10.000,00 – 15.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Pablo Siquier mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Sin título beobachtet, die im Mai 2012 für USD 23.750,00 (€ 19.208,99) versteigert wurde.
