Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Otto Hagborg could be acquired at Bonhams in December last year for an unexpectedly low price. In the Discovery Online auction, the work Sailing off the Coast changed hands for GBP 12.75 (€ 14.39) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 150.00 – 250.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Otto Hagborg achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Knitting In The Sunshine; Shrimping; And Another Similar in May 2005 with an auction result of GBP 780.00 (€ 1,151.52).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Otto Hagborg konnte im Dezember letzten Jahres bei Bonhams für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Discovery Online wechselte die Arbeit Sailing off the Coast für GBP 12,75 (€ 14,39) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 150,00 – 250,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Otto Hagborg erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Knitting In The Sunshine; Shrimping; And Another Similar im Mai 2005 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 780,00 (€ 1.151,52).
