Auction result misses estimated price range
When the work "View From Vihti". by Onni Oja was auctioned at Bukowski in Helsinki in May 2014, the result was somewhat disappointing. The auction house had previously given the estimated price as a range of EUR 1,500.00 – 2,000.00, of which not even the lower limit was reached - in fact, the artwork changed hands for EUR 1,200.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Onni Oja - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work The First Snow., which sold at auction in December 2013 for EUR 2,700.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Als die Arbeit "View From Vihti". von Onni Oja im Mai 2014 bei Bukowski in Helsinki versteigert wurde, fiel das Ergebnis ein wenig enttäuschend aus. Das Auktionshaus hatte den Schätzpreis zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 1.500,00 – 2.000,00 angegeben, von der nicht einmal die Untergrenze erreicht wurde - tatsächlich wechselte das Kunstwerk für EUR 1.200,00 den Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Onni Oja mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit The First Snow. beobachtet, die im Dezember 2013 für EUR 2.700,00 versteigert wurde.
