Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In May last year Bonhams in London held the auction Modern and Contemporary Middle Eastern Art including On The Banks of the NileA Journey Through Egyptian Art, which included the work Untitled (Man on Horse) by Omar El-Nagdi. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 8,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 8,287.50 (€ 9,749.45). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Omar El-Nagdi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Le Grand Cavalier in November this year with an auction result of GBP 216,300.00 (€ 250,644.66).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Mai letzten Jahres führte Bonhams in London die Auktion Modern and Contemporary Middle Eastern Art including On The Banks of the NileA Journey Through Egyptian Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Untitled (Man on Horse) von Omar El-Nagdi zur Versteigerung kam.
