Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Olle Skagerfors could be acquired at Bukowski in Stockholm in October 2014 for an unexpectedly low price. In the The Modern Sale auction, the work "Oljefärg och terpentin" changed hands for SEK 30,000.00 (€ 3,234.64) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 50,000.00 – 70,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Olle Skagerfors - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Self portait, which sold at auction in September this year for SEK 100,000.00 (€ 8,673.47).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Olle Skagerfors konnte im Oktober 2014 bei Bukowski in Stockholm für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion The Modern Sale wechselte die Arbeit "Oljefärg och terpentin" für SEK 30.000,00 (€ 3.234,64) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 50.000,00 – 70.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Olle Skagerfors mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Self portait beobachtet, die im September diesen Jahres für SEK 100.000,00 (€ 8.673,47) versteigert wurde.
