In the Post-War & Contemporary Art X Made in California auction, the work Sol Blanco 6, 1993 sold for USD 119,062.50 (€ 102,844.00) - well above the upper estimate of USD 50,000.00. Admittedly, works by Olga de Amaral have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Cesta Lunar 50A in November 2018 with an auction result of USD 555,000.00 (€ 490,152.79).
