This artwork by Olga Boznanska achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bonhams in New York in November this year. In the European Art | Bonhams Skinner auction, the work Anemones framed 31.5 x 23.75 x 4.0 cm (12 2/5 x 9 1/3 x 1 3/5 in). sold for USD 21,760.00 (€ 19,948.66) - well above the upper estimate of USD 9,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Olga Boznanska; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Portrait De Femme - Circa 1900 sold at auction in April 2015 with the realized price of EUR 26,000.00.

Dieses Kunstwerk von Olga Boznanska erzielte im November diesen Jahres bei Bonhams in New York einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion European Art | Bonhams Skinner wurde die Arbeit Anemones framed 31.5 x 23.75 x 4.0 cm (12 2/5 x 9 1/3 x 1 3/5 in). für USD 21.760,00 (€ 19.948,66) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von USD 9.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Olga Boznanska; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Portrait De Femme - Circa 1900 im April 2015 mit dem Hammerpreis von EUR 26.000,00.
