Auction result fails to reach estimate
This work of art by Ole Ring could be acquired at Bruun Rasmussen in January 2024 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Paintings, furniture and varia auction, the work View from a small town with snow covered houses changed hands for DKK 1,850.00 (€ 1,616.85) - just shy of the DKK 3,000.00 estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ole Ring achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Danish vinterlandsby (Town In Winter) in November 2010 with an auction result of GBP 30,000.00 (€ 35,849.95).

Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ole Ring erzielen.
