Despite a disappointment, a good price for Odoardo Tabacchi
When the work Arnaldo Da Brescia by Odoardo Tabacchi was auctioned at Sothebys in Milan in December 2008, the result was somewhat disappointing. The auction house had previously given the estimated price as a range of EUR 7,000.00 – 10,000.00, of which not even the lower limit was reached - in fact, the artwork changed hands for EUR 5,625.00. Despite this disappointing result, Arnaldo Da Brescia is the most expensive artwork by Odoardo Tabacchi that we have observed at auction so far.
Trotz Enttäuschung ein guter Preis für Odoardo Tabacchi
Als die Arbeit Arnaldo Da Brescia von Odoardo Tabacchi im Dezember 2008 bei Sothebys in Mailand versteigert wurde, fiel das Ergebnis ein wenig enttäuschend aus. Das Auktionshaus hatte den Schätzpreis zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 7.000,00 – 10.000,00 angegeben, von der nicht einmal die Untergrenze erreicht wurde - tatsächlich wechselte das Kunstwerk für EUR 5.625,00 den Besitzer. Trotz dieses enttäuschenden Ergebnisses ist Arnaldo Da Brescia das teuerste Kunstwerk von Odoardo Tabacchi, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
