In November this year Bonhams in Paris held the auction The Greek Sale, which included the work Parc de Londres by Nikos Hadjikiriakos-Ghika. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 12,800.00 60% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Nikos Hadjikiriakos-Ghika achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Greek mistras in November 2010 with an auction result of GBP 445,250.00 (€ 532,073.07).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 60 % übertroffen
Im November diesen Jahres führte Bonhams in Paris die Auktion The Greek Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Parc de Londres von Nikos Hadjikiriakos-Ghika zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 12.800,00 und damit 60% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Nikos Hadjikiriakos-Ghika erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Greek mistras im November 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 445.250,00 (€ 532.073,07).
