Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Jardin à Londres by Nikos Hadjikiriakos-Ghika was sold in the The Greek Sale auction at Bonhams in Skinner Marlborough, Massachusetts in May this year. The price achieved of EUR 25,500.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Nikos Hadjikiriakos-Ghika achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Greek mistras in November 2010 with an auction result of GBP 445,250.00 (€ 532,073.07).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Jardin à Londres von Nikos Hadjikiriakos-Ghika wurde im Mai diesen Jahres in der Auktion The Greek Sale bei Bonhams in Skinner Marlborough, Massachusetts versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 25.500,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 20.000,00 – 30.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Nikos Hadjikiriakos-Ghika erzielen.
