This artwork by Nikolai Stepanovich Troshin achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in London in November 2016. In the Including the Bar-Gera Collection of Soviet Non-Conformist Art auction, the work Textile Workers sold for GBP 7,500.00 (€ 8,849.26) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 3,500.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Nikolai Stepanovich Troshin - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Gas Mask And Seated Boy, which sold at auction in November 2016 for GBP 27,500.00 (€ 32,447.30).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Nikolai Stepanovich Troshin erzielte im November 2016 bei Sothebys in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Including the Bar-Gera Collection of Soviet Non-Conformist Art wurde die Arbeit Textile Workers für GBP 7.500,00 (€ 8.849,26) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 3.500,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Nikolai Stepanovich Troshin mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Gas Mask And Seated Boy beobachtet, die im November 2016 für GBP 27.500,00 (€ 32.447,30) versteigert wurde.
